Body for Life Update

I only have two weeks left on my twelve week challenge. This has been an exciting and interesting transformation. It's changed my attitude about fitness and nutrition in regards to my personal life. Sure, I always knew it was good for people in general to exercise and eat right...but I never felt a personal application. I know that circumstances will change in the future and I'm leaving the option open to change my mind at any time, but at this point, I'm planning to continue on with this lifestyle. I will for sure take another twelve week challenge and see where that leads me.

Everyone is curious about the results I've experience. I've lost 21 pounds. My guess is that I've actually lost more pounds in fat weight and gained some in muscle weight. My pants size went down from 16 to 12. I feel like I've accomplished the impossible (because for most of my life this was "impossible" - only because I never believed I could make changes like this).

If any of you out there are thinking about making weight loss goals, I highly recommend this program. It's a good balance. It takes the most important components of nutrition in regards to weight loss and ties it in with the most important components for excercising and puts it all together in one neat package.

I'm planning to start another twelve week challenge at the end of this month and if anyone wants to join me, let me know!

  1. OKAY!! First of all "BRAVO" for posting a pic of yourself in your swimsuit! Amazing, and I think you look GREAT BTW!! Secondly, what's always struck me is how you always have a smile on your face...THAT combined with your recent weightloss makes you one of the most beautiful gals I know!! :-D
