My Inspiration

I started reading the book about the 12 week challenge a couple of days ago. (I'm pretty sure you're supposed to read this book BEFORE you start the challenge...oops.) So in the first couple of chapters it asks you to ponder several questions like:

Are you ready for a change in how you feel?
What are your reasons for making the decision to change?
When you look at yoruself, do you honestly like what you see?

I've thought a lot about what preceded my desire to make this goal. There are three things that stand out. Ben and the kids and I were out on a walk several months ago. We saw an obese guy and a buddy out running (jogging). And I realized that if he could do it, I could do it - despite my personal "handicap". Which brings me to the second thing...my "handicap" are my breasts. They are a little out of control. Breastfeeding has turned my 32DDD's into monsters!!! Who even knows what a J cup is??? Let's just say running (or any movement) causes me to be rather front heavy and off balance. So one of my biggest goals in this challenge is to loose breast wieght! The third thing that has motivated me is that I realized my eating and sugar cravings (addiction) was getting out of hand. I knew that I needed to shift or my body was going to respond negatively.
